When a lease ends, a business relocates or a unit is being handed back, a warehouse can hold years of accumulation — broken pallets, half-dismantled racking, obsolete stock, packaging, old office bits from the mezzanine and the general junk that gathers in a working space. It is more than a couple of vans, and it needs a crew that can work safely at scale. What we clear
We take pallets and pallet collars, steel and boltless shelving, racking and mezzanine parts, leftover and obsolete stock, packaging, strapping and shrink-wrap, workbenches, old office furniture, and general industrial junk. Anything electrical or electronic goes to registered WEEE recycling, and we flag anything that needs a specialist route. It is the same method as an office clearance, scaled up to a warehouse floor.
At scale, and out of hours
Bigger jobs mean more crew, more vans and, where it makes sense, a container. We plan the clear-out around your operations — evenings, weekends or between shifts — and coordinate dock, forklift and access with your site so nothing gets in the way of the business. Metal, wood, cardboard and plastic are separated for recycling rather than dumped, and we sweep the unit before we leave.

Yes — we scale the crew, vans and, where useful, a container to the size of the unit and your deadline, working evenings or weekends so operations are not disrupted.
Do you take racking and pallets?
We do — pallets, boltless and steel racking, shelving and mezzanine parts are all cleared, with metal and wood separated for recycling.
Do you invoice businesses?
Yes, we invoice in the normal way with the fixed price agreed upfront, and can provide WEEE and waste-transfer notes where needed.
